- Cost Centers: 610, 613, 614, & 604
- Essential Skills: Punctuality, effective time management, organization, teamwork, positive demeanor, strong communication, and self-motivation.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Medical/Surgical nursing.
- Advanced Skills: Proficient assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
- Bed Capacity: 54 beds, including a dedicated ortho/spine unit.
- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 for RNs; 1:12-15 for PCTs.
- Equipment Utilized: Alaris pumps, telemetry systems, specialty beds, and wound care devices.
- Weekend Requirements: At least one weekend shift within a 4-week timeframe.
- Floating Policy: Floating within the unit as needed.
