Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a prepared foods or café setting.
  • Food Safety Certification: Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
