Coating Technician

Job Title: Coater / Finish Tech I

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with our team. As a Coater / Finish Tech I, you will be responsible for coating and finishing equipment to specified color or finish. Your duties will include:

• Coating Armor protection systems
• Smoothing and sanding surfaces for finishing
• Preparing and spraying primer and topcoats on work pieces
• Collecting data using computer-based systems
• Mixing multiple component paints and topcoats

Education, Certifications, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent and up to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position requires working in a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment. All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where it is required.
