Job Title: Host/Hostess

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at The Heritage at Brentwood. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests warmly and efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, take names for to-go orders, and answer phone calls.
  • Seat guests and optimize seating arrangements to ensure even workload for wait staff.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
