Primary Care Opportunity in Moses Lake, WA

This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously in a post-acute setting, providing high-quality patient care and building meaningful relationships with your patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short-term and long-term patients.
  • Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses, and implement a plan of care.
  • Order and interpret lab results, prescribe and monitor medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle changes and build relationships with patients, families, and facility staff.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in primary care required.
  • Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required.
  • Active and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated to be in the range of $141,000 to $200,000 annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible.

Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, long and short-term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, Flex Time bank, and employee assistance program.
