Dietitian Nutritionist

Forefront Healthcare & Culinary Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team in the Germantown, WI area. As a key member of our senior living account team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional nutrition care to our residents.

• Provide nutrition care to residents, including calculating nutritional needs, establishing goals, and implementing medical nutrition therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative nutrition programs that promote optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes.
• Review menu cycles for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies.
• Support quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen and implement health and wellness initiatives.
• Comply with regulatory standards, including Federal and State regulations, and accrediting agencies.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to encourage changes in nursing and kitchen management.
• 1-3 years of long-term care experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Basic Functional experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or related field.

• $28.00-$32.00/hour salary range.
