Job Summary

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential one-on-one care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care and home management tasks, including basic hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic healthcare-related tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks
- Provide basic hygiene and grooming assistance
- Assist with feeding and ambulation
- Monitor clients' medical conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks

Qualifications

- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide, if required by state licensure
- Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and utilize proper body mechanics
