Job Opportunity: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to support our overseas operations in Iraq. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide medical care and treatment to patients in a dynamic and challenging environment.



Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients in a variety of settings, including small medical/trauma hospitals and large medical/trauma hospitals.
• Work under the direction of a Physician, Surgeon, or Anesthetist to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing medications as needed.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices.



Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate of an accredited or provisionally accredited American Academy of Physician Assistants and hold a NCCPA certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner School and hold a AANP or ANCC certification.
• Full unrestricted U.S. (State) Licensure, Certification, or Registration required in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
• Must have a valid US Passport with no less than 6 months remaining before expiration.
• Requires a favorable security background check and drug screen.



Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying levels of patient acuity.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective mask, ballistic helmet, body armor, and chemical/biological protective garments.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. of referenced gear while running to a bunker or protected area in the face of perceived or imminent danger.
