We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Breast Surgeon to join our team at St. Jude Medical Group. As a board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained breast surgeon, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and integrative team of providers in a thriving practice accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Cancers.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to work clinically and help drive practice growth. You will be responsible for conducting meaningful work and experiencing a healthy work-life balance in the lively community of Fullerton, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the medical group and hospital to provide high-quality patient care
  • Work with patients at Crosson Cancer Institute located at St. Jude Medical Center
  • Participate in breast surgery call, with no general surgery call
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $341,302 to $499,850 per year, as well as productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation. Additionally, you will receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by your medical group employer.
