Job Summary

    • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and RFQ documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain pricing strategies and estimates
    • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution
  • Pricing and Estimating
    • Develop and maintain pricing models and estimates for projects
    • Analyze and interpret data to inform pricing decisions
    • Communicate pricing information to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain pricing strategies and estimates

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business, or a related field)
    • At least 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. estimating, project management, or a related field)
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of structural design and structural steel pricing is a plus
