Job Description

MetroHealth System is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As a member of our respiratory care team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with respiratory diseases.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive respiratory care services, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will also be required to collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality respiratory care services to patients with respiratory diseases
* Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
* Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio
* Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
