Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify students' needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students, including one-on-one and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success and develop strategies to support students' communication and language skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress, including progress reports and IEP updates.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
