About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain equipment efficiency
  • Maintain the exterior and interior of the restaurant, including grounds and stock rooms
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

As a Maintenance Person at McDonald's, you will enjoy a competitive starting wage of $15/hour, with opportunities to grow to $18/hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a cash incentive program and tuition assistance.

Requirements
