Position Overview

We are in search of a highly proficient Lead Web Engineer to become an integral part of our innovative web development team. In this capacity, you will significantly contribute to our retail and e-commerce functions, with a strong focus on DevOps methodologies and effective web development practices. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing Git workflows, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and supervising system integrations utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.

Core Responsibilities
  • Design and sustain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Effectively manage Git workflows.
  • Contribute to the codebase using JavaScript and other pertinent languages.
  • Oversee domain and DNS configurations.
  • Implement optimized hosting solutions.
  • Focus on system integrations utilizing backend technologies and APIs.
  • Utilize AI for intelligent problem-solving.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and protocols.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and uphold Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in web development or DevOps roles.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and serverless hosting environments.
  • Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
  • Certified Scrum Master with practical experience in Agile practices.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and data management tools.
  • Strong collaborative and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the cannabis sector is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of QA processes and testing automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
