Job Description

CSAT Solutions is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for inventory management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform accurate and timely data entry, reporting daily material movement, purge requests, pre-alert entries, customer web entries, transfers, etc.
  • Filing and Documentation: Complete filing of material documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Perform warehouse duties such as cleaning, sweeping, and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Support: Assist material handlers and other personnel in the movement of materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of data entry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Able to use manual moving equipment including pallet jacks, carts, etc.
  • Computer Skills: Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge.
  • Warehouse Experience: Working knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred.
  • Time-Management: Excellent time-management skills.
  • Language: Intermediate English abilities required.

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse Environment: Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled).
  • Lifting and Carrying: Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Pushing and Pulling: Push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and Walking: Stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on location and experience.
