Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
  • Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales goals and provide a premium boutique experience
  • Operate a cash register, ship, and receive duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays
  • Participate in store events and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
