About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Professional to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing expert hair and beauty services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of hair and beauty services, including haircuts, color, styling, and makeup applications.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets by delivering exceptional guest service and promoting retail and service sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing personalized consultations and recommendations to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services, and share knowledge with guests to enhance their beauty experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology license and relevant experience in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in using equipment and chemicals required for technical work, and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
