About the Role

As a Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and directing provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards.
  • Complete clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements.
  • Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and agency policy.
  • Develop and revise individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or state program requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year experience as an RN, with PEDS experience preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
