Position Overview: As a Forensic Psychiatrist, you will engage in diagnosing and treating psychiatric inpatients, overseeing treatment teams, delivering psychotherapy, and crafting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations and maintain accurate patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Prescribe suitable medications and treatment plans.
  • Refer patients to additional healthcare specialists as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment programs and therapeutic activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
