Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering design experience
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment
