Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings to support student learning and communication goals.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success and communicate progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting to ensure student needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and services provided.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide evidence-based services.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Idaho State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Idaho Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
