Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Concierge for our rapidly growing organization. This position is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of our communities while ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated knowledge of community assets and services.
• Greet guests and confirm reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail to ensure a positive resident experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in property management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, management, and people skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture.
