Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients, and performing various tasks as delegated by the HSA, DON, RN, or Medical Director. The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid LPN license in the state of Wisconsin and have experience in correctional or behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care consistent with the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act.
  • Monitor patients as directed by the HSA, DON, RN, or Medical Director.
  • Perform tasks, activities, and functions as delegated.
  • Assign duties to others as defined in their state of practice act.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Experience in correctional or behavioral healthcare (desired but not required).
