Wildlife Conservation Biologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wildlife Conservation Biologist to join our team in Marysville, Ohio. The successful candidate will work closely with partner agencies to promote and implement conservation programs under the Federal Farm Bill and other related wildlife conservation initiatives.

• Provide technical assistance to landowners, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations on wildlife habitat management and conservation practices.
• Conduct field visits to assess conservation program feasibility, evaluate practice installation, and provide recommendations for habitat restoration and management.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to develop and implement conservation plans, manage data, and track progress.
• Promote conservation programs through outreach activities, workshops, and community engagement.

• Degree in wildlife management, natural resource management, or a related field of study.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and daily use of personal vehicle required.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
