BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region. As a float nurse, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role:- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on clinically complex level patients.
- Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients' condition.
- Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability, adhering to individual care plans and BAYADA's high standards.
- Travel throughout the region based on census, with opportunities to work in various locations and settings.
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
- Previous home health experience required, with OASIS experience preferred.
- Ability to commit to 10-12 shifts per month, with flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
- Premium rate differential for float nurses.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development, including paid training and state-of-the-art simulation labs.
