Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Mesa, Arizona. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and identifying top talent for open requisitions across our U.S. locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to determine requirements for positions and qualities of ideal candidates.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruiting functions, including sourcing, competitive research, and screening.
- Coordinate and conduct phone screen interviews and on-site interviews as necessary.
- Correspond with candidates and clients, including sending meeting requests through Outlook and/or the recruiting database system.
- Meet and greet applicants, setting them up in conference rooms, offering beverages, and managing the flow of the interview process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience supporting a full life cycle of recruiting.
- Good computer skills, including ability to use MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Prior experience with ATS tracking systems, with iCIMS experience preferred.
- Must be able to work onsite; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
- Strong communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
