As a Mental Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in our team's mission to protect, heal, and care for children and families in our community.

About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable full-time Mental Health Technician to join our overnight team at Our Place, an 18-bed Community-Based Residential Facility. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents
  • Passing medications and ensuring Individual Service Plans are followed
  • Respecting and supporting clients and team members
  • Participating in facility cleaning and food preparation

Shifts are overnight, with a 2-2-3 rotation that includes every other three-day weekend off. Compensation includes a full benefits package and a shift differential for working 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience working with the chronically mentally ill (preferred)
  • Completed CBRF training (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license (preferred)
