Job Title: CNA Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA Supervisor to join our team at Homewatch CareGivers. As a CNA Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients and their families.

Job Summary:

The CNA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of caregivers, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality care, and providing support to the office staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating caregiver shifts
  • Confirming caregiver availability and scheduling
  • Managing client schedules and care plans
  • Reviewing and updating client care notes
  • Providing support to office staff and caregivers as needed
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification
  • Two years of CNA experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • COVID-19 vaccine or willingness to receive it
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation:

$19.00 per hour
