Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present regular operational reports
  • Facilitate training for new hires and provide continuous development for existing staff
  • Participate in regular financial review meetings
Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required; a degree in Business or Hospitality is preferred
  • Proven experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in a supervisory role
  • Experience in both front and back of house operations is advantageous
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Proficiency in restaurant management systems
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
