Production Coordinator

Segers Aero Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and products through our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and parts to meet production schedules.
• Monitor and communicate the progress of work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Update Aerotrac reports and work-in-progress (WIP) records to reflect current production status.
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Travel as required to support business needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or MRO environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly and more with assistance occasionally.
