- Handle instruments and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Evaluate changing conditions during surgery and respond accordingly.
- Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and principles.
- May serve as a Preceptor for new team members.

- Surgical Technologist experience (clinical rotations count as experience).
- AHA OR ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
