About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Career Development Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans to achieve their employment goals. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized plans for clients
* Provide guidance on job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation
* Connect clients with job training programs and education opportunities
* Facilitate group instruction and workshops on job-related topics
* Monitor client progress and make adjustments to plans as needed

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in client service or customer service
* Familiarity with NYC public benefits eligibility and access
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Estimated Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 per year
