**Job Summary:**

As a Boilermaker at Brown & Root, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing boilers and tanks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Align structures or plates sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks or vats using plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs or turnbuckles
* Install manholes, handholds, valves, gauges and feed water connection in drums to complete assembly of water tube boilers
* Repair boilers or tanks in field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, straightening plates
* Assist in testing assembled vessels by pumping water or gas under specified pressure into vessels and observing instruments for evidence of leakage

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in boilermaking or related field
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
