Kalitta Charters is a family-owned and operated business with a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and service. We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preflight and post-flight checks, repairing discrepancies, and ensuring the safe operation of aircraft and engines. Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting, troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing aircraft and/or engines as assigned
* Completing required documentation for work performed
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Using basic computer skills to complete and document tasks
* Working productively individually or with an assigned crew
Requirements include:
* An FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
* A driver's license with a good driving record
* Two years of experience working on LearJet and Falcon aircraft (preferred)
