Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Pastry Specialist to join our team at HZ O Donuts LLC. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and baked goods for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet and savory items according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that all products are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet our guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Adhere to our operational procedures and policies, including those related to cash handling, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.

Requirements

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
