Administrative Duties:
1. Monitor your team's daily hours and job durations using provided mobile devices.
2. Conduct weekly inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
3. Leave appropriate notifications for residential clients after service visits.
Operational Duties:
1. Perform washing and preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment as per established schedules.
2. Oversee the safe operation of all equipment utilized by your crew.
3. Take responsibility for the accounts assigned to your team.
4. Report any landscape damage (such as damaged trees or declining plants) to your supervisor immediately.
5. Complete assigned contract tasks timely, adhering to production goals and quality standards.
Leadership Duties:
1. Uphold and enforce company policies as outlined in the Turf TitanZ Handbook.
2. Set a professional example at all times.
3. Foster a safe working environment by understanding and enforcing safety policies. Report any accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
4. Mentor and train team members under your supervision.
5. Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear instructions.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED is required.
2. A minimum of 2 years of professional landscape maintenance experience is necessary (to be verified on resume).
3. A clean driving record is essential.
4. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check.
5. Proficiency with the necessary tools and equipment is required.
6. Strong leadership skills and teamwork capabilities are essential.
7. Ability to adhere to company policies and lead by example is crucial.
8. Must complete safety, driver, and training courses within the first 180 days of employment.
9. Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly is required.
10. Building trust and respect within the team is vital (achievable through hard work and adherence to company policies).
