ICONSTAFF is a leading provider of property assessment and reserve study services. We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to drive our national expansion into the multifamily residential market.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Capital Reserve Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site inspections, assessments, and capital reserve analyses focused on civil/site components of multifamily properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate overall conditions;
- Prepare component inventories, site plans, deficiency logs, and condition ratings;
- Develop long-term capital reserve studies and funding models for site assets;
- Contribute to full Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports;
- Review construction drawings, site plans, and technical specifications;
- Cultivate new client relationships in the multifamily residential sector;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management;
- Reserve Study certification (RS or PRA) is required;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience conducting site/civil assessments and capital planning;
- Extensive expertise with multifamily residential site design, utilities, and infrastructure;
- Excellent technical writing abilities to develop comprehensive reports;
- Strong quantitative skills for cost estimation, lifecycle analysis, and financial modeling;
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
