About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our luxury residential construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of high-end residential construction from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations on the construction site and control the short-term schedule.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials deliveries, and other onsite resources.
  • Review construction drawings to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage to track project progress and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and perform cost coding to ensure the project stays within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets for all onsite personnel and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Prepare and complete the final punch list and ensure all work is completed to the client's satisfaction.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury single family residential projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-end, custom home projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best prices and terms on contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to review and understand complex construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
