Join Our Team as an Auditing Specialist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Senior Associate to lead our auditing teams and develop the skills of junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a passion for mentoring and coaching others. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, performing complex audits, and developing the skills of junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of an audit, including planning, control analysis, and testing
  • Develop and implement audit plans to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation
  • Review the work of less experienced staff and provide guidance on technical skills development
  • Assist management in planning and managing engagement activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • CPA license preferred or eligibility to sit for the exam
  • Public accounting or other professional services experience
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards
