Job Title: Retread Technician

McCarthy Tire Service Co is seeking a skilled Retread Technician to join our team in Wilson, NC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Retread Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing tire casings to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect tire casings for damage and foreign material
  • Remove embedded objects and repair visible penetrations
  • Examine beads for damage or distortion
  • Check for tire damage due to operation while flat or under inflated
  • Comply with Bridgestone/Bandag Specifications and Guidelines
Requirements:
  • High School degree or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
