We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless bakery operations, communicate effectively with colleagues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Be an Expert: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe instructions, and maintaining food safety standards.
- Be a Technologist: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make informed business decisions.
- Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop a team-oriented culture.
- Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.
- Complete Work Assignments: Use policies, data, and resources to complete tasks, communicate progress, and determine ways to address improvement opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Meet Minimum Qualifications: Have 6 months' experience in a fresh production area and be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred Qualifications: Possess cake decorating skills and experience.
