We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Specialist to join our team at Palmer Candy Company. As a key member of our Repack department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced and packaged.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory counts and record lot numbers, date codes, and other product information.
- Prepare supplies, products, and set up equipment for the next order.
- Ensure metal detectors are functioning properly and troubleshoot machine problems as they arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Review bags for accuracy and maintain a clean working environment.
- Perform tasks such as sweeping the floor, ensuring the scale is clean, and adhering to safety procedures.
- Previous production experience is desired.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or carry objects up to 30 lbs.
- Constant standing and frequent walking.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.30.
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
