Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting our clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in the healthcare industry and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
  • Support our patients in their journey with end-stage renal disease, providing empathy and compassion in a caring and supportive environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
