Job Title: RN Psych

Shift: Day & Night Shift Available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled RN Psych to join our team at Seabrook Recovery Center & Seabrook Gratitude. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will work with a patient population struggling with drug addiction and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
• Administer medications and provide education to patients and families
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Experience working in corrections or psychiatric settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
