Job Overview

The Store Director is a key leadership role at Diventures, responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in sales leadership, team management, and customer service. They will be able to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and stakeholders to maximize the store's performance.

This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, equipment sales, and rental programs. The successful candidate will also have a passion for aquatics and be able to promote scuba instruction, education, and travel programs.

We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of full-time, part-time, and contracted staff members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers
  • Optimize store performance through efficient resource and financial management
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Collaborate with the Swim and Scuba Program Directors, Merchant Director, Travel Director, and other members of the Store Support team to ensure seamless execution of all aspects of the swim, scuba, retail, and travel experience
