Developmental Language Consultant

This full-time position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts. We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who can join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with communication disorders
• Provide speech and language therapy sessions to children in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and schools
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services
• Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes

Preferred qualifications include experience working with pediatric populations, proficiency in creating individualized treatment plans, and strong communication skills. We also value candidates with experience in early intervention, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders.
