About the Role

Salary and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position is $43-$60 per hour, making it 25% higher than the average. Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Registered Nurse will include providing high-quality care to residents, collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans, tracking outcomes, administering and supervising treatments and medications, ensuring proper documentation of medical histories and interventions, and supervising nurses and support staff. You will also be required to ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.


Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must possess a current Delaware state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), a diploma from an approved nursing program, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role. Excellent organizational and supervisory skills are also essential for this position.
