Job Title: Unit Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Unit Secretary to join our team at Ernest Health. As a Unit Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform receptionist duties and assist with clerical tasks on the patient unit
  • Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • One year of clerical or administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Two years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • EKG certification preferred for positions including telemetry functions
