Job Summary

Triumph Group is seeking a skilled Assembly Test Technician 2 to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly, functional tests, and finish operations on product lines with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly, functional tests, and finish operations on product lines with minimal supervision.
  • Determine the sequence of assembly operations to optimize the process and achieve maximum productivity and quality.
  • Identify functional test applications suitable for computer automation and other opportunities for methods improvement.
  • Maintain orderly and retrievable records of work performed and complete records of test setups, shop books, photos, and procedures.
  • Work with hazardous chemicals and materials, including paints, sealants, and solvents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' related experience required.
  • General mechanical knowledge and background required.
  • Preferred knowledge of advanced hydraulic and electro-hydraulic theory and formula.
