About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cleveland Clinic's Magnet recognized Hillcrest Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring, recording, and communicating their conditions as appropriate.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Provide teaching and educational material to patients and their families, ensuring that they understand their care and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing, with a BSN preferred.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) must be presented upon hire.
  • Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific unit or department.
